The first week on the Help Desk has gone pretty well. I have learned many new things and have accomplished a lot so far. Some of these things being learning how to change Chromebook screens, lending loaner Chromebooks, changing cases for Chromebooks, and making this very website was also something I have accomplished.
Most people who have came up to the Help Desk have either needed a loaner Chromebook, (Original Chromebook was either forgot at home/not charged etc.) needed a new screen, or something miscellaneous like putting on a case for their Chromebook. A few people have also had questions about paperwork for their Chromebooks (considering this is still only the first week of school). We have been able to solve almost all problems we have faced by working together to figure things out. It has been fun and I am looking forward to things we do in the future for this class.
